When I was just 7 years old, my family and I took a trip to America—a whole new world for a kid from New Zealand. It was during that adventure that I stumbled upon an amazing fermented beverage: Kombucha, a drink relativity unheard of back home.

I was captivated by its unique taste and, being the curious kid I was, started digging into its potential health benefits. As it turned out, this naturally fermented elixir was a game-changer for gut health and overall well-being.

Now, in 2024, I'm excited to bring my own Kombucha to the market. From the outset, my mission was simple: craft a fresh and exceptionally delicious Kombucha.
